  • Built in 1918 by the American Shipbuilding Co., Chicago, IL
  • Launched 4 July 1918
  • Acquired by the Navy, 24 September 1918 and commissioned the same day at Montreal, Canada
  • Decommissioned 8 April 1919 and returned to the United States Shipping Board
  • Scrapped in 1926 by Ford Motor Co. at River Rouge, MI.
