Lighthouse Tender:

  • The second Mistletoe was built by Robinson Hoffman and Company, Chester, Pennsylvania
  • Commissioned USLHS Mistletoe in 1872
  • Acquired by the Navy 11 April
  • Returned to the Department of Commerce 1 July 1919
  • Sold 27 April 1922
  • Caught fire 5 May 1924 , burned to the water line and sunk off Far Rockaway, NY.
