  • Acquired by the Navy 2 August 1918 and commissioned the same day at Montreal, Canada
  • Struck a rock and grounded 6 November 1918 in Anse de Bertheaume on the north shore of the entrance to Brest, France
  • Turned over to the War Department to be sold
  • Lost 19 November 1918.
