  • Placed in service, in August 1941, as Allaquippa (YT-174), allocated to the 3rd Naval District, at New London, CT.
  • Reclassified District Harbor Tug, Large, YTB-151, 15 May 1944
  • Reallocated to the 1st Naval District in September 1955
  • Reclassified District Harbor Tug, Medium, YTM-174, in February 1962
  • Reallocated to the 5th Naval District, Norfolk, VA., in 1969
  • Placed out of service in the first half of 1973
  • Struck from the Naval Register in June 1973
  • Final Disposition, presumed sold for scrapping in 1973, fate unknown
