  • Laid down, 25 January 1944, as YT-395 at Gibbs Gas Engine Co., Jacksonville, FL.
  • Redesignated Harbor Tug, Large YTB-395, 15 May 1944
  • Launched, 14 July 1944
  • Delivered and placed in service as Wingina (YTB-395), 15 December 1944
  • Allocated to the 13th Naval District
  • Placed out of service in March 1946 and laid up in the Columbia River Group, Pacific Reserve Fleet, Astoria OR.
  • Withdrawn from reserve and reactivated in July 1947
  • Reclassified Harbor Tug, Medium YTM-395 in February 1962
  • Placed out of service, circa 1980-85
  • Struck from the Naval Register, 31 December 1985
  • Sold for commercial service, 16 December 1986
  • Renamed Murph, date unknown
  • Final Disposition, stripped and scuttled in Quartermaster Harbor, Maury Island, WA. in Oct 2007, and currently on Washington Dept. of Natural Resources list as a derelict/abandoned vessel with an RFP for removal
