  • Delivered to the Navy and placed in service, as Otokomi (YTB-400), 14 May 1945
  • Otokomi was allocated to the 11th Naval District at San Diego
  • Placed out of service in March 1946 and laid up in the San Diego Group, Pacific Reserve Fleet
  • Withdrawn from Reserve and reactivated in January 1951, re-allocated to the 11th Naval District at San Diego, CA.
  • Reclassified District Harbor Tug, Medium YTM-400 in February 1962
  • Placed out of service, date unknown
  • Struck from the Naval Register, 30 September 1985
