    132k The Valiant class tug Seminole (YT-805) passes the U.S. Navy's only forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN-76) moored pierside at Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka, Japan, 22 February 2016. FLEACT Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 83 tenant commands, and 24,000 military and civilian personnel.
