  • Stricken from Naval Register, 27 October 1899
  • Sold at Newport, RI, to Carrie I. Hall, New York, NY, for $1,300.00, 28 December 1899
  • Documented as tug J.D. Billard (ON 77480), 1900
  • Final disposition, burned at New York, 1909
