  • Decommisioned at New York Navy Yard, 14 June 1865
  • Sold at public auction at Washington by Burdett, Jones & Co. to M.O. Roberts for $9,000, 12 July 1865
  • Documented as merchant tug Zouave (ON 28037), 23 August 1865
  • Registered to Forsyth Towing Line, New York, NY, renamed Forsyth Bros., 18 May 1914
  • Final disposition, abandoned, 1918
