Busy (Allaquippa) Class District Harbor Tug:
  • Contract awarded, 16 June 1941
  • Laid down in 1941 as the Lend-Lease Harbor Tug Busy (BYT-1), for Britain, by General Motors and Gulfport Boiler and Welding Works, Port Arthur, TX.
  • Launched, 3 November 1941
  • Completed, 3 December 1941 and transferred to Great Britain under terms of the Lend-Lease Act, commissioned into the Royal Navy as HMT Busy
  • Returned to US Naval Custody in 1945
  • Struck from the Naval Register, 10 June 1947
  • Transferred to the Office of Foreign Liquidation in July 1947 for disposal
  • Final Disposition, fate unknown
