  • Allocated to the 4th Naval District at the Philadelphia Navy Yard
  • Reallocated in 1956 to the 6th Naval District at Charleston, S.C.
  • Deactivated in 1957
  • Struck from the Naval Register in 1957
  • Final Disposition, disposed of in 1957, fate unknown
