  • Initially allocated to the 13th Naval District at Seattle, WA.
  • Reallocated to the 12th Naval District at Mare Island Navy Yard, date unknown
  • Laid up in the Pacific Reserve Fleet, Astoria, OR. in March 1946
  • Withdrawn from reserve and allocated to the 8th Naval District at Charleston, S.C. in July 1953
  • Reclassified District Harbor Tug, Medium YTM-403 in February 1962
  • Placed out of service, date unknown
  • Struck from the Naval Register, date unknown
  • Final Disposition, sold for scrapping by the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service (DRMS), 1 July 1981
