  • Stationed at Ulithi, October 1944 - November 1945
  • Fought fires on tanker Mississinewa (AO-59) after her torpedoing, 20 November 1944
  • Stationed in Japanese waters, November 1945 - 1946
  • Transferred to US Army as Y 481, November 1946
  • Apparently retained in Army service into 1970s
  • Sold and rebuilt as fishing vessel Shelikov Strait (ON 506241), 1974
