  • Laid down, date unknown, under a Maritime Commission contract at Smith Shipyards Inc., Pensacola, FL.
  • Launched, date unknown
  • Contract canceled in 1945
  • Incomplete hull purchased by Marine Industries, 4 November 1945, for $40,000
  • Moved to Gibbs Gas Engine Co., Jacksonville, FL for completion and resale
    Additional specifications by Sinclair Refining Company, included (but not limited to): Lengthening vessel some 46 feet; increasing tanker capacity from 6,750 Bbls to a minimum of 10,000 Bbls and addition of coils to facilitate the transporting of molasses
  • Title transferred by bill of sale to Sinclair Refining Co., 13 November 1946, for Cuban operations, named MV F. C. Randall
  • Final Disposition, fate unknown.
