Fitted out for naval service at Navy Yard Puget Sound, Bremerton, WA.

Assigned for duty to the 13th Naval District

Decommissioned, at Puget Sound Navy Yard, 2 February 1946

Struck from the Naval Register, 12 March 1946

Transferred to the Maritime Commission for disposal, 29 June 1946 at Olympia, WA.
