  • Placed out of service and struck from the Naval Register, 13 December 1995
  • Transferred to a local redevelopment agency, 13 December 1995
  • Final Disposition, disposed of as an artificial reef on Jim Caudle Reef, off North Myrtle Beach, SC, 04 August 1998
