  • Built in 1925 as the Coast Guard patrol vessel CG-225 at Colonna’s Shipyard, Inc. Norfolk VA.
  • Commissioned into US Coast Guard service in 1925
  • Transferred to the Ninth Naval District, 1 May 1934
  • Placed in service as YP-28 for Naval Reserve training until October 1940
  • Reassigned to San Juan, Puerto Rico, 12 May 1941
    A 27 April 1943 memo noted, however, that she was "too small and lacking in characteristics suitable for adaptation to
    Inshore Patrol activities, particularly in regard to berthing facilities."
  • Coast Guard crew reported aboard, 28 April 1943
  • Assigned to the 10th Naval District for use as a Harbor Patrol Craft
  • Returned to the Navy, 6 October 1944, at Frontier Base, San Juan, Puerto Rico, Coast Guard crew removed
  • Placed out of service, date unknown
  • Struck from the Naval Register, date unknown
  • Final Disposition, fate unknown
