  • Placed in service as District Patrol Craft YP-109, 1941
  • Allocated to the 14th Naval District
  • Sailed from San Pedro to Pearl Harbor in company with Ramapo (AO-12), 25 November - 05 December 1941
  • YP-109 was present at Pearl Harbor during the Japanese surprise attack, moored alongside Ash (YN-2) at the Section Base, 07 December 1941
  • Placed out of service at Pearl Harbor, 08 December 1945
  • Struck from the Naval Register, 03 January 1946
  • Delivered to the War Shipping Administration for disposal, 09 January 1947
  • Sold to James Griffith, San Diego, CA, for $7504.60, delivered February 1947
