District Patrol Craft
  • built in 1924, by Mathis Yacht, Camden, N.J. as the Coast Guard 75' footer CG-104 (yard number 146)
  • Commissioned in 1924
  • Decommissioned in May 1933 at Curtis Bay, MD
  • Documented as yacht Nancy D. in 1934 (Official Number 234718), owned by Arthur M. Dives of Reading PA, berthed at Philadelphia
  • Acquired by the Navy, 14 January 1942 and placed in service as District Patrol Craft YP-219
  • Allocated to the 10th Naval District and assigned to the Inshore Patrol at Trinidad
  • While assigned to the Inshore Patrol YP-219 was re-engined with twin 400 HP diesel engines
  • YP-219 lost her starboard strut while enroute from Trinidad to St Lucia, flooded and towed back to Trinidad
  • Placed out of service, 2 July 1945 at Trinidad
  • Struck from the Naval Register, 13 August 1945
  • Sold by the Foreign Liquidations Commission in August 1946 to unidentified buyers
  • Final Disposition, fate unknown
