  • During World War II was assigned to First Naval District, operating out of Casco Bay, ME
  • Postwar continued serving in First Naval District out of Boston
  • Placed out of service, date unknown (still active 1955)
  • Struck from the Naval Register, date unknown
  • Sold for scrap, July 1972 (according to NVR - may have actually been sold in 1960)
