  • Converted on stocks to Junior Mineplanter, redesignated JMP-63
  • Launched in 1943
  • Delivered to the US Army Coast Artillery Corp Mineplanter Service
  • Placed in commission in 1943
  • Retired from US Army service in 1951
  • Acquired in 1951 by Dept. of Interior (National Parks Service-Isle Royale), renamed MV Ranger II
  • Rebuilt in 1951 (108.25 x 27.25 x 12.25; 272 gross - 185 net)
  • Placed on inactive status by Dept. of Interior in 1958
  • Removed from federal documentation in July 1962 and Michigan motor boat number awarded. (Michigan MC 1171 PB)
  • Acquired in 1963 by University of Michigan, renamed MV Island Seas
  • Acquired in 1973 by Don Lee (Lee Marine), Port Lambert, Ontario, Canada, name retained. reflagged Canada
  • Acquired, 1 July 1976 by Navires Océanographiques, Rimouski, Quebec, Canada, renamed MV St. Barnab'e
  • Acquired in 1987 by Pierre Landry, Quebec, Canada
  • Removed from registry. Canadian register closed in December 18, 1989
  • Acquired in 2003 by Daniel Arseneau, Quebec, Canada, operated as St. Barnab'e Bar until 2012
  • Final Disposition, demolished by municipal order in 2018
