  • Acquired, 25 March 1942, at New York, N.Y., by the War Shipping Administration from Agwilines Inc.
  • Allocated, sub bare bottom charter, 30 November 1942, to the War Department
  • Colorado was assigned to the US Army Small Ship Section Southwest-Pacific Area during World War II
  • Redelivered, 17 February 1946 to Agwilines Inc. at Shanghai, China
  • Sold to a Chinese interest in August 1946, reflagged China, renamed SS Hai Dean
  • Final Disposition, scrapped in 1954
