  • Laid down, 20 August 1943, as SS Joseph Habersham a Maritime Commission type (EC2-S-C1) hull, under Maritime Commission contract (MCV hull 821) at Southeastern Ship Building Co., Savannah, GA.
  • Launched, 12 October 1943
  • Delivered to the War Shipping Administration, 26 October 1943
  • Re-delivered, 26 October 1943, under a General Agency Agreement to Isthmian Steamship Co. until 26 July 1946
  • Acquired by the US Army Quartermasters Corp., 26 July 1946, as a Bare Bottom charter
  • Allocated to the US Army Transportation Service, 26 July 1946
  • Turned over the the Naval shipping Agency for Japan (SCAJAP) Placed out of service, date unknown
  • Delivered to the US Maritime Commission Reserve Fleet, Astoria, OR. for lay up, 28 July 1947
  • Final Disposition, sold for scrapping in Japan, 23 November 1960, to Standard Ship & Steel Co. (PDX-592, dated 21 October 1960)
