  • Assembled and launched in 1913 at Portland Iron Works, Portland, OR.
  • Delivered in 1913 and placed in commission by the US Army Corps of Engineers, as Multnomah
  • Assigned to the US Army Corps of Engineers Portland District
  • Final Disposition, abandoned in 1917
