Seagoing Hopper Dredge:
  • Built in 1924 by Sun Shipbuilding, Chester, PA.
  • Launched 1924
  • Placed in commission by the US Army Corps of Engineers, as USED Dan C. Kingman
  • Decommissioned in 1953 at Lake Washington Ship Channel Locksite
  • Custody transferred, 39 July 1953, to the General Accounting Administration as excess to US Army needs
  • Sold in 1954 to the Port Authority, Thailand, renamed Sandon 3 reflagged Thailand
  • Sold in 1957, renamed Dan C. Kingman
  • Sold in 1962 to Hall Contracting Ltd, renamed A.A. Raymond
  • Final Disposition sold for scrapping in 1971
