  • Transferred to Public Health Service as W.W. Miller, circa 1920
  • Intially assigned to Craney Island, VA
  • Transferred to Tampa Bay quarantine station, 1922
  • Used as boarding launch at Tampa Bay quarantine station, 1922 - 1931
  • Sold and registered to J.W. Bell, Vero Beach, FL, as fishing boat W.W. Miller (ON 231942), 1932
  • Final Disposition, foundered Sebastian Inlet, FL, 23 November 1933
