  • Launched in 1911
  • Delivered to the US Army Engineers, in 1911
  • Assigned to the US Army Engineers Kansas City District
  • Christened and and put into service as USED Towboat Lieutenant Lewis in 1911
  • Widened and rebuilt at Dravo Corp., Neville Island, PA.
  • Re-assigned to the US Army Engineers Memphis District in 1932
  • Retired from Army service, circa 1939
  • Sold at Public sale in 1936 to O.F. Shearer and Sons, converted to diesel and renamed Walter P. Dolle
