  • Built in 1911 for the US Army Engineers by Dubuque Boat & Boiler Works, Dubuque, IA.
  • Launched in 1911
  • Delivered to the US Army Engineers, in 1911
  • Assigned to the US Army Engineers Kansas City District
  • Christened and and put into service as USED Towboat Lieutenant Augustin in 1911
  • Re-assigned to the US Army Engineers Memphis District in 1932
  • Rebuilt circa 1932 at Dravo, Neville Island, PA. (157.8 x 31.6 x 4.2.)
  • Retired from Army service in 1939 and sold at public auction to Charles Zubik of Pittsburgh, PA., renamed Helen Z, converted to diesel (Fairbanks Morse 450 hp)
  • Sold, date unknown, to Hillman Transportation Co., Pittsburgh, PA.
  • Sold in 1953 to General Barge Co., Pittsburgh, PA.
  • Sold in 1959 to Point Towing Co. Point Pleasant, W.Va.
  • Sold in 1968 to M/G Transportation Service, Cincinnati, OH.
  • Retired from commercial service, date unknown
  • Donated to New Albany OH.. Jaycees
  • Final Disposition, sunk at New Albany in winter 1969
