Towboat:
  • Laid down in 1944 for the Defense Plant Corp (DPC 617) by St. Louis Shipbuilding & Steel, St. Louis, MO.
  • Launched in 1944
  • Accepted in 1944 by the Defense Plant Corporation
  • Leased through the Inland Waterways Corporation then chartered to the Butcher-Arthur Company of Houston, TX. for the duration of World War II
  • Sold In 1947 to Ore Steamship Company, a subsidiary of Bethlehem Steel Company, and placed in "moth balls" at Beaumont, Texas.
  • Sold in November 1950 to Inland Waterways Corporation and later ownership was transferred to Federal Barge Lines, Inc.
  • Final Disposition, scrapped, circa 1960
