  • 14 June 1943: Allocated to the Royal Navy, renamed HMS Foley (K.474)
  • 08 September 1943: Christened, sponsored by Mrs. Charles T. (Laura K.) Owens; transferred to Royal Navy and commissioned, Lcdr. Mansfield, RNVR, in command
  • 22 August 1945: Returned to USN at Harwich, England and commissioned as USS Foley (DE 270), Lt. S. M. Strauss, USNR, in command
  • 19 October 1945: Decommissioned at the Philadelphia Navy Yard
  • 01 November 1945: Struck from the NVR
  • 19 June 1946: Sold for scrapping
