  • 16 October 1943: Keel laid by the Bethlehem Hingham Shipyard, Hingham, Mass.
  • 04 December 1943: Launched
  • 25 January 1944: Transferred to Great Britain as Lend-Lease, commissioned as HMS Waldegrave (K.579)
  • 03 December 1945: Returned to U.S. Navy custody
  • 21 January 1946: Struck from the NVR
  • .. .... 1946: Sold for scrapping, three times; first to the Atlas Steel and Supply Co., Cleveland, Ohio; then to the Kulka Steel and Equipment Co., Alliance, Ohio
  • 08 December 1946: Sold for the last time to the Bristol Engineering Co., Somerset, Mass.
  • .. June 1948: Scrapping completed
