Bradley (FFG 49) during the multi-national exercise UNITAS. Sponsored by U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command, UNITAS is the largest multi-national maritime exercise in the western hemisphere. During UNITAS Atlantic phase, naval forces from Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Spain, Uruguay and the United States train together and develop interoperability in a high-tech environment.

Bradley participated in a community relations (COMREL) project during their recent port visit to Vasco Nunez de Balboa, Panama. Sailors removed mildew from the exterior of Casita de Mausi, completed general cleaning and gave the cancer patient home a fresh coat of paint. Bradley is currently deployed to the eastern Pacific area of responsibility in support of Counter-Narcoterrorism Operations (CNTOPS).

94k 02 December 2006: The Pacific Ocean - Damage Controlman 2nd Class Michael Murphy and Damage Controlman 3rd Class Joshua Benavides are shown competing in the pipe-patching event during guided-missile frigate USS Robert G. Bradley's recent Damage Control Olympics. Other events included a fire fighting ensemble dress out competition and a ruptured hose change-out drill. At the conclusion of the days events, the ships operations department was crowned the winner.
