  • Launched 20 July 1955
  • Sponsored by Mrs.Theodore Ultsch
  • Commissioned USS Pledge (MSO-492), 20 April 1956
  • Decommissioned 31 January 1994 and struck from the Navy Register
  • Sold to Taiwan 9 September 1994 under the Security Assistance Program and renamed Yung Teh (M 1309)
  • Fate unknown.
