  • Laid down 6 November 1942 by the Bellingham Marine Railway and Boat Building Co., Bellingham, WA
  • Launched 4 February 1943
  • Completed 20 August 1943
  • Damaged by a mine 25 February 1945 off Peleliu, Palaus Islands
  • Sunk in typhoon Louise off Okinawa 9 October 1945
  • Hulk destroyed in December 1945
  • Struck from the Naval Register 3 January 1946.
