  • Damaged by mine off Port Empedocle, Sicily 18 July 1943 at 3710'N, 1235'E
  • Decommissioned 30 June 1944, transferred to France at Oran, Algeria and named L'Attentif (W 63)
  • Struck from the Naval Register 12 February 1953
  • Sunk as a target in 1953.
