  • Launched, 9 January 1943
  • Commissioned USS PC-1133, 24 August 1943
  • Transferred to the Philippines in May 1948 and named RPS Zamboanga del Sur (PS 23)
  • Struck from the Philippine Navy list 16 November 1956
  • Fate unknown.
