  • Launched 19 June 1943
  • Delivered 12 November 1943
  • Commissioned 13 December 1943
  • She served in the Atlantic coast area for the remainder of World War II and into the first year of the post-war era
  • Decommissioned in April 1946
  • Struck from the Naval Register 8 May 1946
  • Transferred to the Maritime Commission and sold in November 1946
  • Fate unknown.
