  • Sunk 27 November 1944 by Kamikaze attack in Leyte Gulf, Philippine Islands
  • Struck from the Navy list 19 January 1945.

  • Propulsion: Two 800bhp General Motors 8-268A diesel engines, Snow and Knobstedt single reduction gear, two shafts.
