  • Laid down 30 March 1942 by Island Docks, Inc., Kingston, NY
  • Launched 7 September 1942
  • Commissioned USS PC-996, 6 November 1942
  • Reclassified SC-996 in April 1943
  • Transferred to the Coast Guard 30 October 1945 and commissioned USCGC Air Parrot (WAVR 443)
  • Struck from the Naval Register 16 November 1945
  • Sold 19 January 1948
  • Fate unknown.
