  • Built in 1918 as Concrete Barge No. 1 by C. Blakeley, Yonkers, NY
  • Acquired by the Navy in September 1918 from C. Blakeley and placed in service as Concrete Barge No. 1 (ID 2531)
  • Renamed Coal Barge No. 516
  • Returned to her new owner, the Derby Line of New York 28 October 1919
  • Fate unknown.

  • Capacity 650 t.
  • Non-self propelled.
