  • Built in 1918 as War Sentry by the Manitowoc Shipbuilding Co., Manitowoc, WI
  • Renamed Lake Pewaukee prior to completion
  • Launched 25 February 1918
  • Acquired by the Navy 7 September 1918 at Brest, France and commissioned USS Lake Pewaukee (ID 2906) the same day
  • Decommissioned 22 March 1919 at New York and returned to the United States Shipping Board
  • Sold for scrap in 1927 to the Ford Motor Co., River Rouge, MI.

  • Draft 19' 8"
  • Speed 10.3 kts.
  • Complement 52
  • Armament: One 3"/50 mount
