Lyle Milliman and Deputy District Engineer Dave Romano, held at the Buffalo District's Ohio Area Office in Cleveland, Ohio, the USACE Derrickboat Kolber was officially christened and joins the District's Floating Plant fleet as the newest and largest vessel, October 24, 2022.
