by Howard and a sister boat to JOS. E. RANSDELL which
was built at the same time. Contract price $42,443.
Long served in the USE fleet at Vicksburg and used on the
Yazoo River. Still running in 1921, then classed as a
snagboat-dredge. Off the list by June 30, 1922. Disposition
Displacement 286 t.
