Vella Gulf 92k Operation Enduring Freedom, Nov. 24, 2001 — The fast combat support ship USS Sacramento (AOE-1) is in the process of replenishing the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) as the guided missile cruiser USS Vella Gulf (CG-72) approaches her station alongside the AOE.
