22 September 1943: Keel laid by the Bethlehem Hingham Shipyard, Hingham, Mass.
6 November 1943: Launched
30 December 1943: Transferred to Great Britain as Lend-Lease, commissioned as HMS Stayner (K.573)
24 November 1945: Returned to U.S. Navy custody
14 November 1947: Sold for scrapping
