  • 29 February 1944: Commissioned, Lcdr C. W. Petrie, USNR, in command
  • 15 March 1946: Decommissioned at Green Cove Springs, Fla.
  • 1 December 1972: Stricken
  • 2 January 1974: Sold for scrapping to the Southern Scrap Metal Co., New Orleans, La.
