Rentz 158k 05-10 November 1986: A tug assists the guided missile cruiser USS Reeves (CG 24) into port. Accompanying the ship on the visit are Rentz and the destroyer USS Oldendorf (DD 972). This is the first visit by US Navy ships to China in 40 years.
