The distinctive feature of the torpedo net is the
GROMMET:

Normally the same type of anchors were used with the torpedo nets as were used with the submarine nets.

As shown on drawing below, the mooring riser chains lead from the Mark II buoys to the concrete clump anchors. The concrete clump anchors are backed by steel (Stockless) anchors.
