  • Placed in service as Eucalyptus (YN-11), 9 October 1941, Lt. S. B. McDonald, USNR, officer-in-charge
  • Commissioned USS Eucalyptus (YN-11), 9 May 1942, Lieutenant Commander A. J. Einmo, USNR, in command
  • Redesignated Net Laying Ship (AN-16), 20 January 1944
  • Decommissioned in November 1946, at Astoria, OR.
  • Laid up in the Pacific Reserve Fleet, Columbia River Group
  • Struck from the Naval Register and transferred to the Maritime Administration in September 1962
  • Final Disposition, fate unknown
