  • Delivered to the Navy, 21 December 1944
  • Transferred under Lend Lease to the United Kingdom 21 December 1944
  • Commissioned HMS Precise (Z-285)
  • Custody returned to the US Navy, 14 December 1945
  • Struck from the Naval Register, 28 March 1946
  • Transferred to the Maritime Commission, 10 April 1947, for disposal
